Community Giving

We are fortunate to live in an incredibly generous community, rich in compassion and enthusiasm for helping our neighbors in need. Throughout the year, there are many opportunities to contribute your time, energy and skills to serving the needs of Port Washington students and families. Opportunities include coat and clothing drives in the fall and spring, a toy drive in the winter and a year-round Angel network. 

Port Washington Parents' Council Angel Network 

The Parents' Council Angel Network is a coalition of compassionate Port Washington families and community members that quickly and equitably address critical needs as they arise across all the schools in our district.

2024 Holiday Gift Card Drive

The Parents' Council's annual holiday gift card drive will begin in late November and run through mid-December. Stay tuned here for more information on purchasing and donating gift cards to brighten the spirits of district students and families in all seven schools this holiday season!

Annual Pre-K & Elementary Toy Drive 

Each year, the Parents' Council hosts a district-wide toy drive to bring some holiday cheer to families in need throughout our District. This year, the toy drive will be held on Saturday, December 7, from 2:00pm-5:00pm in the Weber APR. Stay tuned for more information about donation and volunteer opportunities!
